We can cover the full wedding breakfast or serve as evening food after a formal sit-down meal. Up to 150 guests, around 80 covers an hour.

A purpose-built Airstream-style catering trailer with a fully fitted professional kitchen. Not a converted transit. Clean, modern and photographs beautifully at any wedding venue.
The food
Gourmet beef burgers, loaded hot dogs, fresh rolls and proper sides. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Cooked fresh to order, served hot from the hatch.
The service
Full setup, service and cleardown. We arrive around 45 minutes before service, cook fresh through the evening, then pack up and leave the site clean. You focus on your day.

Classic menu plus halloumi pitta, loaded fries and additional sides. Most popular for weddings.
Full menu plus nachos sharing platters, mac and cheese bites, churros. Guests can return for seconds.
Booking terms: 25% deposit secures the date, balance due 7 days before the event. Minimum spend applies depending on event type and location.

Final cost depends on guest numbers, location and event duration. Standard service is 2 hours with setup and cleardown included. A 25% deposit secures the date with the balance due 7 days before the event.
Yes. Our wedding food van can cover the full wedding breakfast for up to 150 guests, serving gourmet burgers, hot dogs and loaded sides from the van. It also works well as relaxed evening food after a formal sit-down meal.
Summer Saturdays book up fastest, often six to twelve months out. If your wedding date is firm, get in touch early. We can usually accommodate shorter notice for weekday weddings and off-peak months.
Yes. Our wedding food van travels across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and into Greater London. We are based in Newbury with easy access to the M4, A34 and A339.
